We have established a proprietary network of attorneys throughout the country who are highly qualified collections specialists and eager to receive referrals from our office.  This network was developed in response to the need of our clients for representation outside of New York where the client did not have an attorney relationship and wanted our firm to locate a qualified attorney and to monitor the progress of the claim.  It has been a win-win situation for all parties.  

All participating attorneys use the CLS software system and transmit claims and data through You’ve Got Claims.  This permits the immediate transfer of information in a uniform environment.  Our on-staff network operators monitor the performance of our co-counsel to assure that standards are maintained.  Regular status reports are received from counsel and provided to our clients.  The entire system is under our control and intended to provide a comfort level to our clients who can minimize their time and expense.
