ELLIOT PHILLIPS is a 1969 graduate of St. John’s Law School. Prior to joining the firm in 1976, he was a litigator with a major New York City law firm. For the firm, he supervises the legal staff as well as the firm’s national co-counsel relationships. In addition, his responsibilities include compliance with Federal and State laws, which regulate the practice, both professionally and in the employment and personnel
